Izicash Cash Solutions’ Officers will deliver small change and will collect cash at your premises at agreed time as stipulated in the service schedule of the Main Agreement.
The Cash collected by the Officers will be taken to the Izicash Cash Solutions’ Branch where it will be booked into the Cash Centre for processing that same day.
All cash are counted and validated against the cash amount specified on the deposit slip also known as the “declared value”. Should the cash counted varied from the declared value, then a second count will take place with a supervisor standing by. The amount confirmed on the second count will be the amount used to settle the customer’s account. All cash are counted and validated under camera and footage are kept up to 30 days.
Customer’s deposit will be settled with the counted value on the next banking day. The amount settled will reflect the counted value and not the declared value. Referencing for settlements will always be the deposit slip reference number unless specified otherwise by the customer.
Customers will receive a detailed reconciliation of their deposits on the banking day following the counting via e-mail unless specified otherwise by the customer. This reconciliation will confirm details such as overs/unders per note denomination, time & date of count and bag seal numbers or reference numbers.
